信息智能化管理模式对难治性肺结核患者心理及遵医行为的影响

摘要

目的 探讨信息智能化管理模式减轻难治性肺结核患者心理压力及提高其遵医行为的效果.方法 对在我院门诊治疗的难治性肺结核患者42例按照信息智能化管理模式进行护理干预,在入组时与入组6个月后分别采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和自制的遵医行为水平量表进行心理和行为的评价和比较.结果 护理干预后患者HAMD评分为(11.93±4.25),显著低于入组时的(20.40±4.01);遵医行为管理水平评价,干预后总分为(18.48±2.18),显著高于入组时的(14.62±4.02),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 应用信息智能化管理模式对门诊治疗的难治性肺结核患者进行系统护理干预,给患者实施系统、规范、快捷的管理,软件具有查询、提醒功能,列出的健康教育处方能提供针对性、科学性的书面教育,可有效缓解患者心理压力,督促患者按时就诊和治疗,提高患者遵医行为,有利于促进健康.%Objective To explore the effect of information intelligence management model on psychological stress and compliance behavior of patients with refractory pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 42 cases of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital received nursing intervention according to information intelligent management mode.Carried out psychological and behavioral evaluation with Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) and self-made compliance level scale before intervention and 6 months after intervention.Results HAMD score after nursing intervention was (11.93±4.25),significantly lower than (20.40±4.01) before intervention; self-made compliance level scale score after nursing intervention was (18.48±2.18),significantly higher than (14.62±4.02) before intervention,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.01).Conclusions Systematic nursing intervention with information intelligence management mode on patients with refractory tuberculosis,implementation of systematic,standardized,fast management to patients,the software with inquiry and reminder function,list of health education prescription can provide targeted,scientific writing education,effectively relieve psychological pressure of patients,urge patients to visit and treat on time,improve compliance behavior of patients,conducive to the promotion of health.
