个案管理模式对HIV/AIDS患者心理弹性与自我管理能力的影响

摘要

：Objective To analyze the effect of case management mode on the mental elasticity and self-management ability of patients with HIV/AIDS. Methods 〓Totally 300 patients with HIV/AIDS were randomly divided into control group(n=150)given routine management and research group(n=150)implemented case management. The mental elasticity and self-management ability of patients in both groups were evaluated before intervention, 3 and 6 months after intervention. Results 〓Except for social support and help in control group, each dimensional score of mental elasticity and self-management ability in two groups was increased 3 and 6 months after intervention, but the increased range in research group was more significant 6 months after intervention(P0.01). Each dimensional score of mental elasticity and self-management ability in research group was higher than that in control group 6 months after intervention(P0.01). Conclusion 〓Application of case management mode in HIV/AIDS patients can effectively improve the mental elasticity levle and self-management ability.
