Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with permanent atrial fibrillation.Methods 80 elderly patients with permanent atrial fibrillation in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group received routine therapy,and observation group received valsartan combined with rosuvastatin therapy on the basis of control group for 8 weeks.Compared therapeutic effect,serum hs-CRP,NT-proBNP levels before and after treatment of two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 92.50％,with 33 cases of markedly effective,4 cases of effective,3 cases of invalid;the total effective rate in control group was 70.00％,with 17 cases of markedly effective,11 cases of effective,12 cases of invalid;therapeutic effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,NT-proBNP in observation group fell to (261.3±25.7) ng/L,that in control group fell to (330.3±26.4) ng/L,hs-CRP in observation group fell to (3.08±0.70) ng/L,that in control group fell to (5.78±1.37) ng/L,above two indexes in two groups significantly decreased after treatment,and those in observation group decreased more significantly (P＜0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with rosuvastatin treatment can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,significantly reduce serum hs-CRP,NT-proBNP levels,with significant clinical effect.%目的 探讨缬沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年永久性房颤的临床效果.方法 选取2013年1月至2015年1月于我院接受治疗的80例老年永久性房颤患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将其均分为观察组和对照组.对照组采用常规治疗方式进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用缬沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗,治疗时间为8周.比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平.结果 观察组显效33例、有效4例、无效3例,治疗总有效率为92.50％,对照组显效、有效、无效分别为17例、11例、12例,总有效率为70.00％,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组NT-proBNP降至(261.3±25.7) ng/L,对照组降至(330.3±26.4) ng/L,观察组hs-CRP降至(3.08±0.70) ng/L,对照组降至(5.78±1.37) ng/L,治疗后两组虽然均有明显改善,但观察组下降更明显(P＜0.05).结论 采用缬沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗能有效提升治疗有效率,显著降低血清hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平,临床效果显著.
