应用Corvis ST观察抗炎药物对前葡萄膜炎患者角膜生物力学的影响

摘要

Objectives To observe the effect of anti-inflammatory drugs on corneal biomechanics with corneal biomechanical analysis instrument-Corvis ST.Methods 31 patients with clinical anterior uveitis were collected.Before and after the local application of dexamethasone anti-inflammatory drugs,corneal biomechanical analysis instrument was used for corneal biomechanical measurement.The changes in the amount of the corneal dynamic process values of IOP,CCT,Def.Ampl,P.Dist,and radius measured by St Corvis were observed.The effect of anti-inflammatory drugs on corneal biomechanics was analyzed.Results There were statistical differences in P.Dist and Radius between before and after the application of anti-inflammatory drugs (P＜0.05).Conclusions The local application of anti-inflammatory drugs for patients with anterior uveitis may change their corneal biomechanics and guide the clinical application.%目的 应用角膜生物力学分析仪器Corvis ST观察抗炎药物对角膜生物力学的影响.方法 收集临床中前部葡萄膜炎患者31例,局部应用地塞米松类抗炎药物前后,应用角膜生物力学分析仪器对角膜进行生物力学的测量,观察Corvis ST测量的角膜动态过程的变化值中IOP、CCT、Def.Ampl、P.Dist、Radius等数据,分析抗炎药物对角膜生物力学的影响.结果 应用抗炎药物前后角膜P.Dist、Radius差异具有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).结论 前部葡萄膜炎患者局部应用抗炎药物后,角膜生物力学可能发生改变,指导临床应用.
