冠心病专科护理管理中风险管理应用的对策分析

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of risk management in the nursing management of coronary heart disease.Methods 180 cases of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into a routine group and a management group,90 cases for each group.The routine group took routine nursing management of coronary heart disease;in addition,the management group took risk management.The management effects were compared between these two groups.Results The incidence of risk events was 7.78％ in the management group and was 26.67％ in the routine group,x2=11.262,P=0.001.The scores of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality were (15.24±1.36) and (90.71±2.19) in the management group and were (9.56±1.24) and (81.24±2.26) in the routine group,t =21.604,21.064,P =0.000.Conclusion Strengthening the risk management during the management of coronary heart disease can effectively avoid serious risk events and shorten operation time and is beneficial to avoid potential injury and improve the quality of nursing management.%目的 探讨风险管理在冠心病专科护理管理中的应用效果.方法 选取本院内科收治的冠心病病人180例为研究对象,以随机信封法分为常规组与管理组,各90例.常规组采取冠心病常规专科护理管理,管理组在此基础上增加风险管理,对比两组管理效果.结果 管理组风险事件发生率7.78％,明显低于常规组的26.67％,x2 =11.262,P=0.001;管理组护理满意度(15.24±1.36)分、护理质量评分(90.71±2.19)分,均明显高于常规组[(9.56±1.24)分、(81.24±2.26)分],t=21.604、21.064,P=0.000.结论 在冠心病专科护理管理期间加强风险管理可有效避免病人发生严重风险事件,并可缩短手术时间,有利于规避潜在伤害,提高科室护理管理质量.
