肾脏孤立性纤维瘤的超声应用价值

摘要

目的 分析肾脏孤立性纤维瘤(SFT)的超声所见,提高对此类少见病的认识.方法 回顾性分析近年来本院发现并经手术病理证实的6例肾孤立性纤维瘤的临床表现、超声表现、CT表现以及病理形态学表现资料.结果 6例肾脏肿块均为单发类圆形或椭圆形,长径3.2～12.4 cm,＞10.0 cm 2例.4例自肾门周围突入肾窦,2例位于肾中上极.3例可见较清楚包膜,3例肿块仅可显示部分边界,部分边界不清.4例病灶回声较均匀,2例回声不均匀,1例可见多发点状钙化灶,1例内可见囊变区;5例周边可见环周血流,1例未见血流显示.结论 肾SFT超声表现多种多样,但具有一定特征性,超声对该病的筛查、术后随访具有较高的应用价值.%Objective To analyze the ultrasonic features of solitary fibrous tumors(SFT) and to improve our knowledge about it.Methods The clinical signs,ultrasonic features,CT features,and pathomorphology of 6 patients confirmed with SFT by surgical pathology at our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the 6 cases,the masses all were single,round or oval shape in ultrasound,the long diameter ranged from 3.2 to 12.4 cm (including 2 cases' diameter over 10 cm).4 tumors got into renal sinus from around renal hilusl in parapelvic and 2 in renal mid-upper pole.Among the 6 cases,3 cases tumors had clear boundary and encapsulation,while the other 3 cases' had partial clear boundary.4 cases showed homogeneous echo and the other 2 cases uneven.1 case showed multiple tiny spot calcification.1 had cystic changes.5 cases showed abundant circumference blood flow signals but the other case no.Conclusions Sonographic findings are varied and have certain characteristics.Ultrasound shows higher application value in screening for the disease and its postoperative follow-up.
