护理风险管理在颌部严重创伤护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析护理风险管理在颌部严重创伤护理中的应用效果.方法 选择2014年2月至2016年8月因颌部严重创伤就诊于本院口腔科的252例患者为观察对象,本科2015年6月开始实施风险管理控制,积极学习相关法律法规,在科室加强思想教育工作提高风险意识,对护士职业技能进行培训,严格考核制度.实施护理风险管理后的126例患者设为观察组,2015年5月实施护理风险管理前的126例患者设为对照组,对比风险管理前后护理质量及患者投诉情况.结果 风险管理后投诉的患者占1.59％(2/126),发生意外的患者占0.79％(1/126),满意的患者占97.62％(123/126);相比管理前,投诉和发生意外的患者明显减少,满意的患者明显增多.实施风险管理后护士的操作熟练程度(92.87±6.31)分,文书书写情况(91.94±6.23)分,服务态度(98.63±7.02)分;相比管理前,护士的操作水平明显提高,文书更为工整,服务态度更好;经管理后护士的沟通能力(96.77±6.17)分,责任心(91.94±6.52)分,面对突发情况的应对能力(92.41±6.72)分,相比管理前,沟通能力、责任心以及面对突发情况的应对能力明显更强.结论 护理风险管理应用于颌部严重创伤,不仅能有效减少意外情况,提高满意度,还能有效提高操作技能及沟通、应对能力,安全性较好.%Objective To analyze the effect of applying risk management in nursing care for severe maxillofacial trauma.Methods 252 patients with severe maxillofacial trauma treated at our hospital From February,2014 to August,2016 were selected as observation objects.The staff of our department actively studied the relevant laws and regulations,strengthened ideological education,trained the nurses' professional skills,and made strict examination system.From June,2015,after nursing risk management,126 cases were set as an observation group.May,2015,before nursing risk management,126 patients were set as a control group.The nursing quality and paients' complaints were compared between these two groups.Results 1.59％ patients (2/126) complained,0.79％ (1/126) patients had accidents,and 97.62％ (123/126) were satisfied after the management,which were better than those before the management.After the management,the scores of operating proficiency,writing instruments,and service attitude were (92.87±6.31),(91.94±6.23),and (98.63±7.02),which were significantly better than those before the management.After the management,the scores of the nurses' communication skill,responsibility,and ability responding to emergency situations were (96.77±6.17),(91.94±6.52),and (92.41±6.72),which were better than those before the management.Conclusion Applying nursing risk management in nursing care for severe maxillofacial trauma not only can effectively reduce the accident cases and improve the patients' satisfaction,but also can improve the nurses' communication skill and ability responding to emergency situations and is safe.
