细节护理在多重耐药菌感染住院患儿中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of detail nursing care for inpatient children infected by multi-drug resistant bacteria.Methods 100 inpatient children infected by multi-drug resistant bacteria were divided into an intervention group and a control group.The control group were routinely cared and the intervention group received detail nursing care.The nursing effects were compared between these two groups.Results The hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were (10.3±3.2) d and 96％ in the intervention group and were (16.5±4.6) d and 82％ in the control group,respectively.Conclusions Detail nursing care for inpatient children infected by multi-drug resistant bacteria can shorten hospital stay and increase nursing satisfaction.%目的 分析对多重耐药菌感染住院患儿实施细节护理的效果.方法 将100例多重耐药菌感染住院患儿分为干预组与对照组.对照组实施常规护理,干预组则是在对照组基础上实施细节护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 干预组住院时间(10.3±3.2)d,对照组(16.5±4.6)d;干预组护理满意度96％,对照组82％.结论 对多重耐药菌感染住院患儿实施细节护理可缩短住院时间,提高患儿家属满意度.
