健康宣教与盆骶肌功能训练追踪管理对女性尿失禁患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 总结健康宣教与盆骶肌功能训练追踪管理对尿失禁患者生活质量的影响.方法 对70例压力性尿失禁女性患者按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和干预组,各35例.两组给予尿失禁护理知识、盆骶肌功能训练和生活行为指导,干预组还进行个性化护理知识和盆骶肌功能训练追踪管理,3个月后对掌握尿失禁护理和盆骶肌收缩训练法、尿失禁(ICI-Q-SF)症状改善和服务满意度进行评价.结果 干预组尿失禁护理和盆骶肌收缩训练掌握评分(87.6±3.5)分,高于对照组(70.5±2.6)分,尿失禁ICI-Q-SF评分(8.54±1.2)分,低于对照组(9.67±1.2)分,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);干预组尿失禁改善程度优于对照组;护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 个性化健康宣教与盆骶肌功能训练追踪管理在减轻患者尿失禁严重程度,提高尿失禁患者自我护理管理、加强患者盆骶肌功能训练,提高服务满意度有一定的促进作用.%Objective To summarize the effect of health education and pelvic floor muscle function training on quality of life in female patients with urinary incontinence.Methods 70 women with stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,35 cases for each group.Both groups were given the incontinence nursing knowledge,the pelvic muscle function training,and the life behavior guidance.The intervention group also carried out personalized nursing knowledge and tracing management of pelvic muscle function training.After 3 months,the urinary incontinence nursing was mastered.Pelvic floor sacral muscle contraction training,urinary incontinence (ICI-Q-SF) symptom improvement and service satisfaction were evaluated.Results The Urinary incontinence nursing and pelvic-sacral muscle contraction training mastery score was higher and the ICI-Q-SF score of urinary incontinence was lower in the intervention group than in the control group [(87.6±3.5) vs.(70.5±2.6) and (8.54±1.2) vs.(9.67±1.2),P ＜ 0.05].The improvement of urinary incontinence was better and the nursing service satisfaction was higher in the intervention group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education and follow-up management of pelvic muscle function training can help reduce the patients' severity of urinary incontinence,improve their self-nursing management and service satisfaction,and strengthen the pelvic muscle function training.
