血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

摘要

目的 探讨冠心病心绞痛治疗中血府逐瘀汤的应用与临床疗效.方法 将2016年1月至2017年2月本院收治的80例冠心病心绞痛患者分组.对照组采用阿司匹林、硝酸甘油和消心痛等进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予血府逐瘀汤治疗.比较两组冠心病心绞痛病情改善率;心电图复常时间、总住院时间;干预前后患者血浆黏度、左心功能、心绞痛发作情况.结果 干预后观察组冠心病心绞痛病情改善率高于对照组(97.50％比75.00％,P＜0.05);观察组心电图复常时间[(1.51±0.24)d比(2.40±1.02)d]、总住院时间[(5.51±2.12)d比(7.40±3.13)d]均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);干预前两组血浆黏度、左心射血分数、心绞痛发作情况相近(P＞0.05);干预后观察组血浆黏度、左心功能、心绞痛发作情况优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 冠心病心绞痛治疗中应用血府逐瘀汤的临床疗效确切,可改善患者病情和血液流变指标,控制心绞痛发作,缩短疗程,值得推广.%Objective To explore the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of patients with CHD angina pectoris.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017.The control group was given routine treatment with aspirin,nitroglycerin,and isosorbide dinitrate,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The improvement rate of disease,ECG recovery time,hospitalization time,plasma viscosity,left cardiac ejection fraction,and episodes of angina pectoris before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the rate of improvement of disease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (97.50％ vs.75.00％,P＜0.05);ECG recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group [(1.51 ±0.24)d vs.(2.40± 1.02)d,(5.51 ±2.12)d vs.(7.40±3.13)d;P＜0.05].Before the intervention,the plasma viscosity,left cardiac ejection fraction,and episodes of angina pectoris in the two groups were similar (P＞0.05);after the intervention,the plasma viscosity,left cardiac ejection fraction,and episodes of angina pectoris in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on CHD angina pectoris is significant,which can improve the patients' condition and blood rheology,can control angina pectoris and shorten the course of treatment,is worth promoting.
