Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) undergoing electroacupuncture treatment.Methods A total of 138 patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) admitted to the department of orthopedics of our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection in the knee joint.All patients were divided into two groups with the random number table method.69 cases in the control group were given routine care;69 cases in the observation group were given electroacupuncture treatment and nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.And the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.65％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 78.26％ in the control group (x 2=9.200,P=0.002).There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before the intervention (P＞0.05);the VAS score significantly improved in both groups after the intervention (t=10.108,9.108;P=0.000),and the VAS score of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group [(3.37±0.99) vs.(4.51±1.38),P=0.000].There was no statistically significant difference in the WOMAC score between the two groups before the intervention (P＞0.05);the WOMAC score significantly improved in both groups after the intervention (t=16.824,10.072;P=0.000),and the WOMAC score of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group [(1.08±0.71) vs.(3.25±0.69),P=0.000].The satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (98.55％ vs.79.71％;x 2=12.641,P=0.000).Conclusion The nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) undergoing electroacupuncture has good effect,safety,convenience,which can significantly improve the patients' knee joint function and clinical symptoms,improve the satisfaction of nursing,and is worthy of popularization of clinical orthopedics nursing.%目的 观察评价护理干预在电针治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者中的临床效果.方法 选取本院2016年3月至2017年10月期间本院骨科收治的膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者138例,均给予膝关节腔注射透明质酸钠注射液治疗,按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组69例给予常规护理方法;观察组69例在对照组基础上给予电针治疗及护理干预措施,并比较两组的临床效果.结果 观察组患者总有效率为95.65％,明显高于对照组的78.26％(x=9.200,P=0.002);两组干预前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),两组干预后VAS评分较干预前均显著改善(t=10.108、9.108,P=0.000),且观察组VAS评分较对照组改善更加显著[(3.37±0.99)比(4.51±1.38),P=0.000];两组干预前WOMAC评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),两组干预后WOMAC评分较干预前均明显改善(t=16.824、10.072,P=0.000),且观察组WOMAC评分较对照组改善更加显著([(1.08±0.71)比(3.25±0.69),P=0.000];观察组护理满意度98.55％显著高于对照组的79.71％(x 2=12.641,P=0.000).结论 在电针治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者中实施护理干预具有良好效果,安全、便捷,可以明显地改善患者的膝关节功能及临床症状,提高护理满意度,值得临床骨科护理大力推广.
