加味补脑熄风止痉汤联合醒脑开窍针法对老年帕金森病患者MDA、CysC、SOD水平及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨加味补脑熄风止痉汤联合醒脑开窍针法对老年帕金森病(PD)患者血清丙二醛(MDA)、胱抑素c(CysC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平变化及生活质量的影响.方法 选取本院2015年3月至2017年1月治疗老年PD患者86例,按照随机数表法分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43).对照组给予左旋多巴治疗,在此基础上观察组联合加味补脑熄风止痉汤+醒脑开窍针法治疗.统计对比两组临床疗效,并比较两组治疗前后血清MDA、CysC、SOD水平及SF-36生活质量评分.结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.02％(40/43),较对照组的74.42％(32/43)高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组血清MDA、CysC水平均低于对照组,且SOD水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);治疗后观察组SF-36生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 联合加味补脑熄风止痉汤与醒脑开窍针法治疗老年帕金森病,可降低患者血清MDA、CysC水平,并提升SOD水平,疗效显著,有利于提高患者生活质量.%Objective To investigate the effects of the modified Bunao Xifeng Zhijing decoction combined with the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the levels of serum malondialdehyde (MDA),cystatin C (CysC),and superoxide dismutase (SOD),and the quality of life in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease (PD).Methods A total of 86 cases of elderly patients with PD treated in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group (n=43) and the control group (n=43).The control group was treated with levodopa,and the observation group was treated with the modified Bunao Xifeng Zhijing decoction and the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically compared.The levels of serum MDA,CysC,and SOD,and the quality of life (SF-36) score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 93.02％ (40/43) in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group [74.42％ (32/43)],with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The levels of serum MDA and CysC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the SOD level was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 score of the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The modified Bunao Xifeng Zhijing decoction and the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease can reduce the levels of serum MDA and CysC,can improve the level of SOD,with obvious curative effect,is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients.
