鸟巢式护理对新生儿睡眠质量及生理机能的影响

摘要

目的 研究鸟巢式护理对新生儿睡眠质量及生理机能的影响.方法 将2014年6月至2016年6月在本院出生的106名新生儿随机分为实验组与对照组,各53人.所有新生儿均实施常规护理,实验组辅以鸟巢式护理,观察两组护理效果.结果 护理后,实验组平均睡眠时间(19.45±1.31) h/d,显著长于对照组的(16.52±1.26)h/d (P<0.05);实验组新生儿体重增长量(29.37±3.81) g/15 d,显著大于对照组的(23.21±3.54) g/15 d(P<0.05);实验组身高增长量(16.11±1.61) cm/15 d,显著高于对照组的(12.11±1.81)cm/15 d(P<0.05);实验组进奶增加量(5.30±0.29) ml/d,显著高于对照组(2.15±0.32) ml/d (P<0.05);实验组平均排便次数(5.3±1.6)次/d,多于对照组(4.3±1.9)次/d(P<0.05);实验组胎便转黄时间(47.89±13.25)h,显著短于对照组(63.12±14.11)h(P<0.05);实验组新生儿体温波动幅度、疼痛感知程度显著低于对照组(均P< 0.05),出暖箱时间早于对照组(P<0.05).结论 鸟巢式护理可提高新生儿睡眠质量,促进新生儿肠道功能建立和生长发育,降低新生儿体温波动与疼痛感知水平,缩短新生儿出暖箱时间,值得临床推广.%Objective To study the effect of bird nest care on sleep quality and physiological function in newborns.Methods From Jun.2014 to Jun.2016,106 newborns from our hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group (53 cases) and a control group (53 cases).All the infants were given routine nursing care,while the infants in the experimental group were added bird nest care.The nursing effects in the two groups were observed.Results After the nursing care,the average sleep time was longer,the neonatal weight increase,the height growth,the increase of milk intake,and the average defecation frequency were significantly higher,and the time for meconium turning yellow was significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the control group [(19.45±1.31) h/d vs.(16.52±1.26) h/d,(29.37±3.81) g/15 d vs.(23.21±3.54) g/15 d,(16.11±1.61) cm/15 d vs.(12.11±1.81) cm/15 d,(5.30±0.29) mud vs.(2.15±0.32) ml/d,(5.3±1.6) times/d vs.(4.3±1.9) times/d,and (47.89±13.25) h vs.(63.12±14.11) h;all P < 0.05].The fluctuation range of body temperature and the degree of pain perception in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (both P < 0.05).The time at warm box in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Bird nest care is worth for clinical promotion,can improve newborns' sleep quality,promote the establishment of neonatal gut function and growth,reduce neonatal body temperature fluctuation and the degree of pain perception,and shorten the time at warm box.
