新生儿鸟巢式护理的应用效果观察

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of bird's nest nursing on quality improvement of neonatal nursing. Methods A total of 84 neonates were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 42 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care, and the observation group was given bird’s nest nursing intervention. The incidence of neonatal cutaneous complications and satisfaction of parents to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of cutaneous complication was 2.3%(1/42)in the observation group and was 19.0%(8/42)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). The nursing satisfaction of parents was 100.0%(42/42)in the observation group and was 76.2%(32/42)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Bird’s nest nursing shows advantages in quality improvement of neonatal nursing and reducing the risk of neonatal cutaneous complications.
