CD40-CD40 ligand (CD40-CD40L) cross-linking,an important cell signaling transduction pathway in immune response,is involved in the regulation of cellular and humoral immune.CD40-CD40L signaling pathway abnormalities can lead to immune system disorders and incur immune pathological reaction.A variety of common pediatric diseases,such as immunodeficiency diseases,inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases,are associated with CD40-CD40L signaling transduction pathway abnormalities.The relationship between CD40-CD40L and the above-mentioned diseases is of clinical significance.%CD40-CD40配体(CD40-CD40L)交联是体内免疫反应中一条重要的细胞信号传导通路,参与细胞免疫和体液免疫调节.CD40-CD40L信号传导通路异常可导致机体免疫系统发生紊乱,产生免疫病理反应.儿科多种疾病如免疫缺陷病、某些炎症性疾病和免疫性疾病的发生与CD40-CD40L信号传导通路异常有密切关系.研究CD40-CD40L与这些疾病之间的关系具有重要的临床意义.
