支气管肺发育不良防治的机械通气策略

摘要

Bronchopulmonary dysplasia( BPD) is very common in respiratory system in preterm infants. With the improvement of emergency care technique of preterm infant and the use of pulmonary surfactant,the survival of preterm infant has increased dramatically. The incidence of BPD is on the rise,which is one of the se-rious complications of preterm infant and seriously affects the quality of their lives. Therefore,it is very important to prevent and treat BPD. So far,there have been many different and new treatment modalities. Some of them have reduced the severity of the disease,but none of them have been able to impact upon the increasing incidence of BPD.%支气管肺发育不良是早产儿呼吸系统的常见疾病。随着危重新生儿救治技术的不断提升和肺表面活性物质的使用，早产儿的存活率显著提高，而支气管肺发育不良作为早产儿的严重并发症之一，其发病率有增加的趋势，并且严重影响早产儿的生活质量。因此，对于支气管肺发育不良的防治尤为重要。目前，已经有很多不同的、新的治疗方法，其中有些方法减少了其严重性，但仍缺乏有效的方法以降低支气管肺发育不良的发病率。该文对支气管肺发育不良的机械通气治疗进展作一综述。
