Toll样受体4在儿童肥胖代谢性炎症反应中的作用机制

Childhood obesity is a huge problem threatening children's health,which has reached epidemic proportions around the world and is associated with several metabolic and cardiovascular complications.Tolllike receptor 4 is a transmembrane receptor of the innate immune system.Studies have showed that metaflammation reaction mediated by inflammatory signaling pathways of Toll-like receptor 4 is closely related to childhood obesity.In this paper,studies on childhood obesity and TLR4 are reviewed.%儿童肥胖已经成为全世界范围内的严重威胁健康的问题,会导致一系列代谢及心血管并发症.Toll样受体4是固有免疫系统中的细胞跨膜受体,最新研究显示Toll样受体4介导的炎性信号通路所产生的代谢性炎症反应与儿童肥胖的发生密切相关.该文就TLR4在儿童肥胖代谢性炎症反应中的作用进行综述.
