黄酮类化合物防治哮喘的研究进展

摘要

Flavonoids are polyphenolic plant secondary metabolites, which ubiquitously present in our daily diet.Flavonoids have been found to have several biological effects, that is, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory,anti-allergic and immune-modulating properties.Because of the safety and strong biological effects of flavonoids,it has been widely concemed about the prevention and treatment of asthma.This review focuses on the effects and mechanism of flavonoids in the prevention and treatment of asthma.%黄酮类化合物是多酚植物的二次代谢产物,广泛存在于人们日常饮食中.它具有强大的抗氧化、抗过敏、抗炎、免疫调节的作用.由于黄酮类化合物源自天然的安全性及强大的生物学效应,其对于哮喘的防治作用被广泛关注.该文对黄酮类化合物在哮喘防治中的作用及机制作一综述.
