维生素D缺乏与小儿毛细支气管炎

摘要

Bronchiolitis is a common lower respiratory tract infectious disease in infants.Its main pathogen.is respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).Some infants with bronchiolitis will develop asthma.More and more studies have shown that the levels of serum vitamin D are associated with the pathogenesis of bronchiolitis.Vitamin D may influence the severity of bronchiolitis by regulation of the lung development,enhancement of anti-infective ability and maintainance of immune balance.This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and bronchiolitis.%毛细支气管炎是婴幼儿常见的下呼吸道感染性疾病,主要感染病原是呼吸道合胞病毒,部分患儿会发展为支气管哮喘.越来越多的研究表明,血清维生素D水平与毛细支气管炎的发病具有相关性,其可能通过调节肺发育、增强抗感染能力,维持免疫平衡等影响毛细支气管炎的病情.该文主要综述了维生素D缺乏与小儿毛细支气管炎发病关系的新进展.
