耳鸣发病机制研究进展

摘要

耳鸣是耳科临床常见症状之一,病因复杂、发病机制尚未阐明,治疗上也十分棘手.近年来,关于耳鸣的发病机制研究已取得一定的进展,主要体现在听觉系统病变和非听觉系统病变两个方面.本文从上述两个方面进行文献复习研究,对相关发病机制做一综述,以期为耳鸣研究与诊治提供参考.%Tinnitus is one of the common clinical symptoms in the otology, but its complex etiology and pathogenesis has not been clarified, so it is difficult to treat. In recent years, the pathogenesis of tinnitus has made some progress, including auditory system lesions and non-auditory system lesions. This article reviews the literature from the above two aspects, and reviews the related pathogenesis in order to provide a reference for tinnitus research, diagnosis and treatment.
