MRI对病毒性脑炎的诊断及预后评价

摘要

Viral encephalitis is a group of infectious diseases of central nervous system caused by kinds of viruses and is characterized by mental and conscious disturbance. MRI has been widely used in the diagnosis of viral encephalitis.In recent years, the value of DWI and ADC measurement in evaluation of the pathologic lesion of viral encephalitis has gradually drawn attention. However, the research on the application of DWI and ADC measurement in determination of the disease prognosis and the evaluation of treatment efficacy is relatively rare. In this paper, we focused on the value of MRI in the diagnosis and the evaluation of the pathologic lesion of viral encephalitis, the determination of the disease prognosis, and the evaluation of treatment efficacy.%病毒性脑炎是由各种病毒引起的一组以精神和意识障碍为突出表现的中枢神经系统感染性疾病。MRI在病毒性脑炎诊断中已被广泛应用，尤其近年来扩散加权成像（DWI）及ADC值测量在评估病毒性脑炎病理损害方面的价值逐步受到关注，而DWI 及ADC 值测量用于判断疾病预后、评价临床治疗效果的研究相对较少。就MRI对病毒性脑炎的诊断、评估病毒性脑炎病理损害、判断疾病预后及评价临床疗效方面的价值予以综述。
