高通量测序技术具有读长较短和能一次并行对几十万到几百万条DNA分子进行序列测定等特征.与传统Sanger测序技术相比,高通量测序技术具有高通量、高分辨率、低成本等优点,极大地促进了测序技术在生命科学研究中的应用.该文对高通量测序技术及其在寄生虫基因组学、转录组学及蛋白组学方面的应用进行综述,讨论高通量测序技术在寄生虫学应用中的发展前景和存在问题.%The high-throughput sequencing is characterized by short reads and parallel sequencing hundreds of thousands to millions DNA molecules at a time.It has promoted the using of sequencing technologies in life sciences for the advantages of high throughput,high resolution and low cost compared with the Sanger sequencing.Here,the high-throughput sequencing and its applications in parasite genomics,transcriptomics,and proteomics were elaborated.At last,the insufficiency and prospects of applications of high-throughput sequencing in parasitological research were discussed.
