神经丝蛋白AD7c-NTP在阿尔茨海默病临床诊断中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical application value of neural silk protein (AD7c-NTP) for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer s disease (AD ) .Methods Double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immimosorbent assay was used to detect urine AD7c-NTP level in patients with AD,patients with vascular dementia (VD) and healthy subjects (control group) .Results Urine AD7c-NTP levels were (1 .504±l .766),(1.463± 1.422 ) and (0 .479±0.285)ng/mL respectively in AD group,VD group and control group .Urine AD7c-NTP levels were elevated in AD group and VD group than control group (P<0 .05) .The sensitivity and specificity were 65 .0% and 77 .6% respectively of urine AD7c-NTP level for the diagnosis of AD,taking 0 .585 ng/mL as cut-off value .Conclusion Quantitative detection of urine AD 7c-NTP level might have certain clinical reference value for early diagnosis of AD and disease assessment .%目的 探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)相关性神经丝蛋白(AD7c-NTP)在AD早期诊断中的临床应用价值.方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法对AD患者、血管性痴呆(VD)患者及健康者(对照组)进行尿AD7c-NTP水平检测.结果 AD组、VD组与对照组尿AD7c-NTP水平分别为(1.504±1.766)、(1.463±1.422)、(0.479±0.285)ng/mL,AD组、VD组均高于对照组(P＜0.05).当尿AD7c-NTP水平为0.585 ng/mL时,对AD的诊断灵敏度为65.0%,特异度为77.6%.结论 尿AD7c-NTP定量检测在AD早期诊断和病情评估中有一定的临床参考价值.
