乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原、丙型肝炎病毒抗体术前检验结果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the current pie-operation infection situation of H epatitis BV irus and H epatitis C V irus in the local area of the w estem part of H enan Province. M ethods Random bfood sam pfes of the hospital s pre-operation cases to test HBsAg and anti-H CV with ELBA technique and statistic data . Results Among the 4853 cases ,HBsAg positive rate is 2 .25% and anti-H CV ,0 .89% .Conclusion Pre-operation bfood testing on HBV and H CV provides a direct evidence foravoiding and resolving m edical tangle betw een patients and m edicalpractitioners ,and is necessary for HBV infection blocking during baby birth.%目的 了解豫西局部地区手术前乙、丙型肝炎病毒感染状况.方法 采集河南省宝丰县人民医院4 853例预手术者静脉血,以ELISA法检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)和丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV).结果 术前HBsAg和抗-HCV初筛总阳性率为3.13%(152/4 853),HBsAg和抗-HCV阳性率分别为2.25%(109/4 853)、0.89%(43/4 853).结论 术前HBsAg、抗-HCV血清学检测非常重要,对于防范与化解医疗纠纷,阻断乙、丙型肝炎病毒感染有重要意义.
