POCT干式生化分析仪在联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队维和检验中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the difference of partial biochemical items between our military and foreign military in United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon(UNIFIL) peacekeepers and to explore application value of point of care testing(POCT) dry biochemical analyzer in peacekeeping medicine. Methods 167 peacekeepers from Chinese Kngineer Battalion were enrolled as control group. 115-303 peacekeepers from Spain, France, Indonesia, Malaysia and so on were enrolled as observation group. The biochemical test data was statistically analyzed by independent sample t test between the observation group and control group. Results The levels of ALB(n = 303) ,TBIL(n = 262) ,GPT(n = 242) ,GOT(n = 284) , LDH(n = 229) ,GLU(n = 147) and TCH(n = 168) in observation group were increased significantly than those in control group(n= 167,P<0. 01). The level of CRE(n = 219) in observation group was decreased significantly than that in control group(n = 167 ,P<0. 001). There were no differences of the levels of TPRO and TG between the two groups(n>0. 05). Conclusion There might exist statistical difference in some biochemical items between peacekeepers from China and other countries in UNIFIL. It could be suggested that different biochemical judgment standard should be established in clinical laboratory of Chinese Level II Hospital. Application value of POCT dry biochemical analyzer was great and obvious in peacekeeping laboratory medicine.%目的 研究联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队(UNIFIL)我军和外军维和官兵部分生化指标的差异性,初步探讨POCT(point of care testing,POCT)干式生化分析仪在维和检验中的应用价值.方法 以UNIFIL外军维和官兵作为观察组(n=115～303),中国维和工兵营作为对照组(n=167),同时对两组生化检验数据均值行t检验分析其统计学差异性.结果 与167例中国赴黎维和工兵营官兵生化检测结果 相比较,赴黎维和外军官兵生化检测结果 中ALB、TBIL、GPT、GOT、LDH、GLU、TCH显著升高(P<0.01),CRE显著降低(P<0.001),TPRO、TG差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 UNIFIL外军和中国维和官兵部分生化指标存在统计学差异性,建议中国维和二级医院检验科应分别建立不同的判断标准;POCT干式生化分析仪在维和检验医学中保障作用优势明显.
