Objective:To investigate the state of blood pressure and the control of the combined cardiovascular risk factor in hypertensive patients from rural areas of Yixing City. Methods:By stratified cluster random sampling,4 128 individuals aged 40 ~85 years from two towns of Yixing City were recruited in this epidemiological study.The demographic characteristics,medical history of hypertension and diabetes,cardiovascular risk factors and laboratory tests were recorded.Patients with medical history of hypertension were divided into hypertension controlled group and uncontrolled group. Resuits:(1)Among 1 932 hypertensive patients,1 137 had anti-hypertensive treatment,and the rate of blood pressure control was 23.24%.In 2 991 persons without hypertension history,795 individuals were newly diagnosed as hypertension.(2)Patients in hypertension controlled group were older than those in uncontrolled group (P <0.001).(3)The proportion of patients with diabetes or dyslipidemia abnormality in hypertension controlled group was lower than that in uncontrolled group (P <0.05).(4)The plasma levels of triacylglycerol,adipoprotein A and fasting glucose in hypertensive uncontrolled group were significantly higher than those in hypertension controlled group (P <0.001 ). Conciusion:The rate of blood pressure control is 23.24% in hypertension patients from rural areas of Yixing City. Patients whose blood pressure is unsatisfactorily controlled are more likely to have cardiovascular risk factors.%目的：对宜兴市农村高血压人群血压与合并的心血管危险因素控制现状进行调查和分析。方法：对宜兴市两个乡镇年龄40～85岁人群进行流行病学整群抽样调查，共调查4128例。调查内容包括调查对象的一般情况如性别、年龄，既往高血压、糖尿病等疾病史，合并心血管疾病危险因素等指标，已知有高血压人群按血压控制效果分为血压控制达标组及未达标组。结果：（1）共调查4128例，高血压患者1932例，其中1137例有高血压史，血压控制达标449例，自我报告否认高血压史的2991例中新发现高血压795例，血压控制达标率23．24％。（2）血压控制达标组年龄大于未达标组，为（65．2±10．2）岁对（62．6±10．6）岁，P ＜0．001；（3）糖尿病、血脂异常在血压控制达标组分别占7．13％、9．35％，在血压控制未达标组分别占22．53％、11．34％，P ＜0．05；（4）血压控制未达标组血浆三酰甘油、空腹血糖和载脂蛋白 A 水平均显著高于达标组，P ＜0．001。结论：宜兴市农村人群高血压控制率为23．24％，血压控制未达标组有更多心血管危险因素。
