当前美国大学教师的专业发展类型有如下四种:自我主动式、同行协作式、大学规划式和社会政策调节式。大学教师通过自我主动式发展独立地规划专业发展的目标和措施,并借助互相协作共同提高专业发展水平。此外,美国大学把大学教师的专业发展纳入到战略规划中,指引其发展。社会部门也通过相应政策,调节大学教师的专业发展。这四种类型相互联系,相互依存,共同促进关国大学教师的专业发展。%There are four types of faculty professional development in America, which are active self-development, co-operational peer development, university designed development and policy guided development. Self-development means faculty can decide their goals and measures of development independently. Co-operational development is a type by which faculty can work together to facilitate their development. Meanwhile, University brings faculty development into their strategy and society departments guide their development through relevant polices. All of these relate with each other and promote faculty development continuously.
