投资后期服务及其运行机制研究

摘要

Post-investment service is one of the important contents of investment service. During ＂the 12th Five-year Plan＂ , it is the reliable guarantee of paying attention to improve investment soft-environment, raising the utilization level of foreign capital, and reducing the withdrawal of foreign investment for us to do post-investment service well creatively. Therefore, on the basis of learning from foreign advanced experience, the theory is to research and establish an efficient operation mechanism of post-investment service in China, in order to upgrade our post-investment service.%投资后期服务是投资服务的重要内容。“十二五”时期，创造性地做好投资后期服务是“注重完善投资软环境”、“提高利用外资水平”、减少“外资撤离”的有力保证。本文在借鉴国外先进经验基础上，认真研究并试图构建我国投资后期服务高效运行机制，切实提高我国投资后期服务水平。
