重型车用柴油机活塞销孔可靠性分析

活塞销孔/活塞销是发动机上工作条件最恶劣的摩擦副之一,随着柴油机的强化程度的不断提高,对活塞销孔/销座的可靠性要求也不断提高。本文通过介绍活塞销孔/销座的结构形式及活塞在柴油机中工作时的状态、失效形式及试验验证方法,从而揭示了影响活塞销孔承载能力的各种因素。%The friction pair of piston pin bore and piston pmts usually tions. With constant enhancement to diesel engines, the reliability of piston pin bore and pin seat needs to be modified constantly. This paper introduces the structure, the working state, failure mode and test validation methods of piston pin bore and pin seat in diesel engine, revealing all kinds of factors which may affect bearing force of piston pin bore.
