架空地板高度及通道封闭对机房冷却效果影响的数值模拟分析

         

摘要

在日益严峻的环境能源形势下,大数据时代的迅速发展对绿色节能数据中心的呼声越来越高.数据中心空调能耗占数据中心总能耗比例较大,一般占通讯机房能耗的20%~45%,因此,数据中心空调系统的节能对于降低数据中心整体能耗至关重要.新版《数据中心设计规范》对静电地板下送风空调气流组织以及冷热通道隔离提出了新的要求.本文通过CFD模拟,对比不同地板高度及冷热通道封闭对空调制冷效率的影响,为合理的空调冷却气流设计提供一定的参考.%Environment and energy situation is more and more serious, as the quickly development of "Big Date",green and energy saving IDC (Internet Data Center) is really needed. The energy consumption of Air-conditioning in data center is a large proportion, about 20%~45%. As a result, air-conditioning is thought importantly for energy saving. The latest edition of code for design of data centers (GB 50174-2017) describe the importance of air distribution and aisles closure for the IDC cooling. According to CFD simulation, compared the refrigerating efficiency influenced by different height of access floor and aisles closed or not, for providing some reference of reasonable air distribution designing for IDC cooling.
