The device has an inner chamber cooled by an evaporator, a tubular liquefier (1) on the outside of the cooling device and an evaporation bowl (4) into which condensation water from the cooled inner chamber is delivered. A tubular section (8) of the liquefier is fed through the evaporation bowl and held there by a clamp (5) with a channel open at the bottom that forms a closed channel for part of the tubular section with the bottom of the bowl.
