Objective To investigate the effect of Thunder-Fire moxibustion in treatment of postpartum urinary retention and to summarize the related nursing measures. Methods A total of women with postpartum urinary retention were randomly divided into the observation group (n=32) and the control group (n=30). Both two groups received routine nursing care and induced urination intervention, and the Thunder-Fire moxibustion was carried out in the observation group. the clinical effect was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 96.9％(31/32) in the observation group and was 80.0％(24/30) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Thunder-Fire moxibustion is potentially effective in treatment of postpartum urinary retention. It is required to take intervention on mental state and micturition behavior.%目的 观察雷火灸治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效,总结相关护理经验.方法 62例产后尿潴留患者随机分观察组32例和对照组30例.对照组采用产后常规护理并行诱导排尿,观察组在对照组基础上增加雷火灸.评价2组治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率96.9％(31/32),高于对照组的80.0％(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 雷火灸治疗产后尿潴留可进一步改善膀胱排尿功能,同时应针对患者心理、排尿行为等方面实施护理干预.
