健康教育对胃镜检查患者认知及配合程度的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨健康教育对胃镜检查患者认知及治疗配合的影响.方法 接受胃镜检查的240例患者分为对照组和观察组,各120例.检查期间,对照组常规护理,不定时开展健康教育;观察组在常规护理基础上实施系统健康教育.评估2组患者对胃镜检查的认知程度和配合程度,对比2组患者对护理服务的满意程度.结果 观察组患者对胃镜检查认知程度、配合程度与满意度分别为90.83%(109/200)、91.60%(110/120)和90.83%(109/120),对照组分别为74.17%(89/120)、75.00%(90/120)和79.17%(95/120),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 加强胃镜检查或治疗患者的健康教育,有助于提高其对胃镜的认知程度治疗依从性.%Objective To investigate the Influence of health education on the cognitive level and degree of treatment compliance in patients with gastroscopy. Methods A total of 240 patients undergoing gastroscopy were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care and health education, while the observation group was given routine nursing care and systematic health education. The cognitive level, degree of treatment compliance and the satisfaction degree of patients were compared between two groups. Results The proportion of patients with higher level of cognition treatment and satisfaction was 90.83%(109/200)、91.60%(110/120) and 90.83%(109/120) in the observation group, and was 74.17%(89/120)、75.00%(90/120) and 79.17%(95/120) in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion It is required to strengthen the health education of patients with gastroscopy, which is helpful to improve the cognition degree of gastroscopy and treatment compliance.
