平板平面度检测系统的设计与研制

         

摘要

提出了基于混合信号片上系统型单片机C8051F的智能平板平面度检测系统设计方案.采用C8051F120单片机作为采集器核心,并设计上位机测量分析软件,完成检测数据的采集以及历史数据的管理.与平板平台定位器具和激光平面度检测系统相比,该系统不仅性价比高,而且具有完善的数据库管理等功能,目前已在平板平面度检测线上得到成功应用.%The method based on Mixed-signal system of MCU C8051F for intelligent surface plates flatness detection system was presented. By using C8051F120 MCU as the core of collector and designing measurement and analysis software for human-computer interaction, it completed detection of data collected and management of previous message. Compared to plane platform position instruments and laser plane detection system, this system has more superior features, such as high cost performance, and database integrity, it is used on detection line of surface plates flatness successfully now.
