基于MR元素的无触点磁性开关设计

     

摘要

In order to detect the piston position of cylinder and control the stroke of piston movement accurately,a contactless magnetic switch which based on the principle of magnetic resistance effect was designed . The switch turned the change of magnetic field into the change of electrical signal. The operating travel of switch was detected by a cylinder through practise. The case study shows that the operating trave of the switch is between 3 mm to 10 mm,and its reaction time is within 1 ms. And besides,it has the following advantages: contaceless, low power consumption, long operation life, convenient operation and quick response.%为准确检测气缸活塞位置,控制活塞的运动行程,以磁阻效应的原理为基础,设计了一种无触点磁性开关.该开关将磁场的变化转化为电信号的变化输出.在实例运用中,以一种气缸为对象,进行了开关的动作行程检测.实例研究表明:该开关动作范围为3~10 mm,反应时间在1 ms以下,具有无触点、寿命长、功耗低、使用方便和响应快等优点.
