调频连续波(FMCW)雷达信号调理电路

     

摘要

文中给出一种应用于调频连续波(FMCW)雷达的信号调理电路.该电路采用低噪声前置放大器、对数主中放和具有频域压缩功能的滤波器.实验表明,该电路小信号增益大于100dB,动态范围大于80dB,具有较高的信噪比和优良的滤波性能,可有效地提高FMCW雷达的抗干扰能力.%A kind of signal conditoning circuit which applied to the frequency modulation continuous wave (FMCW) radar was proposed. The circuit adopted low noise pre-amplifier,logarithm intermediate-frequency (IF) amplifier and the filter with frequency dynamic compression. Experimental results show that the little signal gain is more than 100 dB and dynamic range is over 80 dB, which has higher signal-to-noise ratio(S/N) and good filter performance. The circuit can effectively improve the anti-jamming ability of FMCW radar.
