快反镜谐振特性测量系统设计与研究

         

摘要

基于机械系统谐振理论,针对音圈电机快速反射镜系统的电器特性,设计出一套由主控计算机、实时控制器、多功能数据采集卡组成的谐振特性测量系统,能够主动产生控制信号、采集系统反馈、实时显示并存储数据。 LabVIEW虚拟仪器提供了方便的用户控制与显示界面,测试程序在LabVIEW RT实时系统下的运行,保障了显示界面中系统各项工作状态及参数的实时性。通过对被测对象的自动扫频测试及分析,可以准确地测量出被测对象各轴系的谐振特性,准确地找到谐振频点,为控制系统的伺服带宽设计提供参考。%Based on the theory of mechanical resonance ,according to the electrical properties of fast steering mirror system for voice coil motor ,a measurement system which is mainly composed of main control computer ,real-time controller and multifunctional data acquisition card was designed to generate control signal ,active,real-time display and store the feedback of data acquisition system.LabVIEW virtual instrument provided a convenient user control and display interface ,the program was running under Lab-VIEW RT real-time system,ensuring each work condition and parameters of the display system in real time .By the automatic fre-quency sweep measuring and analysis the object to be measured ,the resonant characteristics of the axis can be accurately meas-ured,and the resonant frequency point was accurately positioned ,thus providing reference for the servo bandwidth of the control system design .
