基于嵌入铁基纳米微晶合金应力敏感芯式力传感器

     

摘要

将铁基纳米微晶合金薄带缠绕并嵌入圆柱型应力敏感芯,利用压磁效应,使传感器实现拉压力测量。介绍了传感器的结构和原理,推导出传感器的输出特性方程。通过静态压缩试验,分析了传感器的激磁磁场强度、激磁电流强度、激磁频率以及温度变化对传感器输出的影响,得出了室温下传感器的静态特性。试验数据显示,传感器的最大非线性误差小于1.16%F.S,重复性误差为0.53%F.S,迟滞误差为0.36%F.S,平均灵敏度为1.14 mV/kN.对一般的工程应用是可行的。%By wrapping Fe-based nanocrystalline alloy strip into a cylindrical stress-sensitive magnetic , a novel tension and compression force sensor was made based on magneto-elastic effect .The principle and structure of the sensor were presented ,and its output characteristic equation was derived .By making a tensile and compression measuring experiment ,the excitation magnetic field intensity ,current intensity ,frequency and temperature change of the sensor influence on its output were analyzed .The static charac-teristics and characteristics of the load cell were got .The experimental result shows the maximum linearity error of the load cell is less than1.16%F.S,repetitive error is 0.53%F.S,hysteresis error is 0.53%F.S and the average sensitivity is 1.14.The load cell can be used for general engineering applications .
