雷达非接触式储油大罐自动量油装置研究和应用

摘要

Radar non-contact automatic oil measurement device consists of two parts, radar and radar intelligence display, with high measurement precision, free maintenance, non-contact real-time monitoring level, has great advantage for measuring more corrosive medium, etc. Replacing artiifcial oil measurement by climbing up the tank, it can reduce the labor intensity of workers, to ensure the personal safety of employees. This device not only can monitor technical parameters of oil storage tank such as lfuid level, tank outage, pressure, volume, weight, density, and the temperature, also can query the history report data, real-time print and network communications, and other functions. The application of this device has been carried out in three big oil storage tanks.%雷达非接触式储油大罐自动量油装置由雷达探测器和雷达智能显示仪两部分组成，具有测量精度高、免维护、非接触实时监测液面，对于测量腐蚀性介质更具有很大的优势等特点。替代人工上罐量油，能减轻员工的劳动强度，确保员工的人身安全。不但可以监测储油大罐内原油液高、空高、压力、体积、重量、密度、温度等技术参数外，还可以查询历史报表数据，实时报表打印及网络通讯等功能。该装置进行了现场应用研究，现已完成3个储油大罐的现场试验验证。
