工业监控软件分布式服务框架的设计与实现

         

摘要

Traditional industrial monitoring and control software cannot handle large-scale data, and has insufficient scalability. To solve these problems, a distributed services framework suitable for process industry was proposed which is easy to extend. Services were designed as reusable components. Multiple redundancy was supported to improve system availability and avoid single point failure. One-stop operation on services was achieved through automatic deployment mechanism. Traditional industrial monitoring and control software can quickly access the framework through these components without changes, which breaks through the performance bottlenecks of single computer, and system capacity is easy to extend. Application and test results based on large real-time database show that distributed query and subscription on large-scale periodic data are achieved effectively through the framework based on ordinary computers. The fault tolerance of the system is improved.%针对传统工业监控软件无法处理大规模数据、扩展性不足的问题,提出一种适用于流程工业领域的易于扩展的分布式服务框架.该框架以可复用组件的形式实现各种服务,通过支持多重冗余提高系统的可用性,避免单点故障,通过自动化部署机制实现对服务的一站式操作.传统工业监控软件在不做改动的情况下即可通过这些组件快速接入分布式服务框架,突破单机的性能瓶颈,扩大系统容量.基于大型实时数据库的应用和测试结果表明,该框架通过普通计算机有效地实现了大规模周期性数据的分布式查询与订阅,提高了系统的容错能力.
