羟基磷灰石(HAP)较强的离子交换能力、独特的多吸附位点及可调变的酸碱性质使其在处理含重金属离子废水和废气治理等方面备受瞩目;HAP规整的立体化学结构和良好的生物相容性及生物活性使其在药物载体、生物支架等领域具有广阔的应用前景.综述了HAP的湿法制备技术及其在环境治理、生物医学等领域的研究进展.%Hydroxyapatite (HAP) is a good candidate for environmental governance, such as heavy metal wastewater and air pollution of industry,which has recently received greater attention due to its strong ion exchange ability,multi-adsorption sites,and controllable surface acid-base properties.Some of its properties,such as the regular stereochemical structures, bioactivity, and biocompatibility make it become a very attractive candidate as the drug carrier and scaffold etc.in biomedical field.The wet-process preparation technique of hydroxyapatite and its application progress in the fields of environmental governance and biomedical etc.were summarized.
