锌冶炼废渣的综合利用

         

摘要

研究了以锌矿提锌过程中产生的废渣为原料,采用水浸的湿法工艺,浸取液净化除杂生产硫酸锌产品;水浸渣经煅烧、脱硅制备氧化铁红的新工艺.通过实验确定的最佳工艺条件:1)硫酸锌制备工序:水浸时间为1.5 h,温度为70~80℃,液固比m(水)∶m(废渣)=0.8∶1,氧化剂双氧水的用量为10 mL/L,置换助剂锌粉的用量为2 g/L;2)氧化铁红制备工艺条件:煅烧温度为635℃,煅烧时间为1.25 h,氢氧化钠浓度为12 mol/L,碱浸温度为120℃,碱浸时间为2.0h,在上述条件下制得的铁红产品中氧化铁质量分数为82.61%.该工艺具有资源利用充分,产品附加值高,环境污染小,工艺简单等优点.%With the waste residue from the process of zinc extraction from zinc ore as raw material,adopting water leaching wet process,zinc sulfate products were prepared by purifying the leaching liquid.The water leaching residue was used to prepare iron oxide red after calcinating and desilication processes.The best process conditions were determined through the experiments and the optimum process conditions:1)The preparation process of zinc sulfate:water immersion time was 1.5 h,temperature was 70~80 ℃,solid-liquid ratio m (H2O)∶m (waste)=0.8∶1,H2O2 as the oxidant and the dosage was 10 ml/L,and the dosage of additives of zinc dust replacement was 2 g/L;2)The preparation conditions of iron oxide red:calcination temperature was 635 ℃,and the calcination time was 1.25 h,the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 12 mol/L,alkali leaching temperature was 120 ℃,and leaching time was 2.0 h.With these process conditions,the iron oxide content in iron oxide red products was 82.61%.This process had the following significant advantages:full resource utilization,high value-added products,little environmental pollution,and simple technology etc.
