纳米二氧化钛/硅藻土复合材料制备及光催化性能研究

     

摘要

Using purified diatomite as carrier and tetrabutyl titanate as precursor,the nano-TiO2/diatomite composite mate rial was prepared by sol-gel method.The composite material was characterized by the means of XRD,SEM,and FT-IR etc..The photocatalytic activity of the composite material was tested by Rhodamine B.The experimental results showed that the nano-TiO2 were uniformly loaded on the surface of diatomite and the crystal of TiO2 was anatase,whose grain size was 11.5 nm.When the TiO2 loading amount was 25.5%,the calcination temperature was 500 ℃,and pH=3,the degradation rate of Rhodamine B with initial concentration of 30 mg/L could reach 97.5%.%以提纯硅藻土为载体,钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化钛/硅藻土光催化复合材料.采用XRD、SEM、nT-IR等方法对复合材料进行分析表征,以罗丹明B为降解对象检测其光催化性能.结果表明:纳米二氧化钛均匀负载于硅藻土表面,其晶型为锐钛矿,晶粒尺寸为11.5 nm.二氧化钛负载量为25.5%、煅烧温度为500℃、pH=3时,初始质量浓度为30 mg/L的罗丹明B溶液降解率为97.5%.
