氟硅酸综合利用工艺技术研究进展

             

摘要

Fluosilicic acid is a by-produced fluoride-contained waste liquid of phosphate fertilizer industry and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride industry.The recycling or cascade utilization of fluosilicic acid is the focus and key point of the research of phosphate fertilizer industry and fluorine chemical industry at present.Combining many years' research results of Do-fluoride Chemical Co.,Ltd.in comprehensive utilization of fluosilicic acid,an in-depth analysis was made on different preparation methods of a basic chemical raw material hydrogen fluoride,silicon tetrafluoride,and fluoride salts,such as cryolite and aluminium fluoride for aluminium development,as well as intermediate product ammonium fluoride as the medium to prepare inorganic fluorides,with fluosilicic acid as raw material in China at present stage.Through the comparison of preparation methods,technical key points as well as technical difficulties,the future direction of enhancement and development of China's comprehensive utilization technology of fluosilicic acid was pointed out.%氟硅酸作为磷肥行业和无水氟化氢行业副产的含氟废液,其回收利用或梯级利用是目前磷肥行业和氟化工行业研究的热点和重点.结合多氟多化工股份有限公司多年来对氟硅酸综合利用的研究成果,深入剖析了现阶段中国采用氟硅酸制备基础氟化工原料氢氟酸、以中间产品氟化铵为媒介制备无机氟化物、以氟硅酸为原料制备四氟化硅、以氟硅酸为原料开发铝用氟化盐冰晶石和氟化铝等的不同方法,通过制备方法、技术关键点以及工艺难点的对比.为今后中国氟硅酸综合利用技术的提升和发展指明了方向.
