2012-2014年基于出版业务的出版集团比较--以中南传媒、北方联合为例

             

摘要

当前,中国正处于转企改制成果保持与进一步发展时期,将转制后的出版集团进行对比分析,以发现各自的优缺,对于促进我国出版集团的进一步发展具有重要的价值,故本文拟从出版集团的概况和经营管理方面对北方联合、中南传媒两家出版集团进行比较分析,并对其经营管理提出有针对性的建议。%At present, China is in a period of the achievements maintaining and further development of enterprises transformation and system reform. The publishing groups after transformation were compared and analyzed to find out their own strengths and shortcomings, which has an important value in promoting the further development of publishing groups in our country. Therefore, this paper is going to compare and analyze the two publishing groups of Northern United Publishing and Media and China South Publishing and Media from the aspects of the publishing groups’general information and operation & management, and put forward several targeted suggestions for their operation&management.
