At present, there are some issues of lacking brand strategy, low value-added products, single marketing mode, and limited logistics existing in Henan traditional market. During the transformation process to electronic commerce, the development mode and strategy of traditional market are different due to the different degree of regionalinformanization. During the transformation and construction of electronic commerce platform, we should make reasonable project scope and construction plan in reference on the development strategy of do⁃mestic similar markets. This paper gives the construction aim, objective, phased implementation plan, and safe⁃guard measures of e-commerce platform project in Guanlin,which will provide reference for similar industries and regions.%目前,河南省传统市场存在品牌战略缺失、产品附加值低、营销模式单一、物流受限等问题。传统市场在进行向电子商务转型的过程中,根据地域信息化程度的不同,发展方式和策略也有所不同。在电子商务平台转型和建设过程中,应在借鉴国内同类市场发展战略的基础上,制定合理的项目范围和建设计划。本文给出了关林电子商务平台项目的建设宗旨、目标与分阶段实施计划、保障措施,对相似行业和地区有借鉴意义。
