应用机组定、转子侧阻尼控制器抑制发电厂次同步谐振试验分析

         

摘要

A comprehensive SSR countermeasure that combines supplementary excitation damping control (SEDC) and generator terminal subsynchronous damping control (GTSDC) is proposed. The purpose is to provide a configurable approach with good balance between control performances and invest cost, to solve the SSR problem of Shangdu power plant. The approach integrates the modulation of the excitation current by SEDC on the rotor side and the dynamic compensation of the stator current by GTSDC on the stator side. They both generate additional damping torque and thus increase the damping capability. The principle of the approach is clarified. The feasibility and the procedure of successive design of the controllers is elaborated. Finally, the approach is applied to the third phase of the Shangdu system. Consequently, the aggravated SSR issue due to the major change of the system, which cannot be addressed by SEDC only, is successfully solved with the comprehensive approach. Field tests verify its effectiveness.%为解决内蒙古上都发电有限责任公司的次同步谐振(SSR)问题,并在控制效果和投资成本上达到良好的平衡,提出了一种将汽轮发电机转子侧附加励磁阻尼控制器(SEDC)与定子侧机端次同步阻尼控制器(GTSDC)相结合的SSR综合控制方法,它包含了转子侧对励磁电流的调制(SEDC)和定子侧对电枢电流的动态注入补偿(GTSDC),两者均能产生附加阻尼转矩,从而提供更强的SSR抑制能力。阐明了综合控制方法的原理及控制器参数设计方法,并将综合方法应用于解决内蒙古上都发电有限责任公司三期工程的SSR难题,现场试验结果证明了理论分析和综合控制方法的有效性。
