The blade (1) has a circular disk shaped base and a spherical segment-shaped molded part on a side that is turned away from a flow direction and eccentric from the blade. The blade is arranged at a distance from a rotor shaft (2) of a drive rotor. The blade is adjustably arranged with an inclined blade surface plane in the flow direction. The plane of the base of the blade incorporates with a plane that is standing perpendicular and transverse to the rotor shaft.
