The rotor (1) has an arcuate portion exhibiting a curvature direction different from another curvature direction of another arcuate portion such that a turning point is provided between the arcuate portions. A rotational axis (2) of the rotor is vertically aligned to a flow direction of a fluid (4). Wavy portions are arranged together such that the latter arcuate portion is surrounded by the former arcuate portion. A rotor body (31) comprises rotor blades formed by a cladding surface (16). A guide vane is arranged between the blades and is extended in an axial direction of the rotor.
