The machine has a machine part comprising a rotatably supported rotor i.e. fluid surrounded rotor. The rotor has a rotor shaft (4) and a rotor blade (9), which is provided with a sensor e.g. temperature sensor, and an actuator i.e. drive motor (7). The actuator is contactlessly supplied with energy and data. The blade is rotated against the rotor shaft using the actuator and rotatably supported relative to the rotor. An adjustment angle between the blade and a rotor axis is changed by the actuator. A generator (2) is operated by the rotor for generating electrical energy.
